Bookcovermall Template License to Use
Bookcovermall Design Templates License to Use (the “License”) is entered into by and between Bookcovermall (“Licensor”) and You (“Licensee”).
Grant of License:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bookcovermall Templates for personal and commercial use.
Scope of Use:
The licensee is permitted to use all the templates for personal and commercial use. Any use beyond this scope is expressly prohibited.
Restrictions:
Licensee may not:
- Claim all templates as your own/portfolio.
- Share, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Template in its original or modified form.
- Use the Template for any purpose other than designing book covers.
Licensee may:
- Use the template for your own unlimited book cover projects.
- Use the template for your client’s book cover projects.
- Use the template to design social media graphics.
Ownership and Copyright:
The licensor retains all rights, including copyright, in all the Templates. This License does not transfer ownership of the Template to the Licensee.
Duration:
This License is effective the moment you download the template and shall continue until terminated by either party. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License at any time if Licensee breaches any term or condition.
Warranty and Liability:
Templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Template.
Governing Law:
This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the copyright laws.
Termination:
Upon termination of this License, Licensee must cease all use of the Templates and destroy any copies in their possession.
Acceptance:
By using the Template, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.
